Arsenal FC is returning to Kuala Lumpur this summer to play against the Malaysian XI on 24 July 2012 in Kuala Lumpur.

The announcement follows Arsenal’s visit to Malaysia last summer after a gap of 12 years when they received a rapturous reception from enthusiastic Malaysian fans.

The game against the Malaysian XI will kick-off a three match tour of Asia which will include games in Beijing and Hong Kong.

Defending champions, Terengganu gain a slight advantage after defeating Singapore Lions XII 1-0 in an FA Cup first leg quarter-final match at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah in Kuala Terengganu, Sunday (25/3/12).

Terengganu got the match winner in the 65th minutes after a Joseph Kalang Tie shot deflected off defender Sevki Sha’ban in the Lion’s goal. The second leg match will be held on Tuesday at the Jalan Besar Stadium in Singapore.

The national team remain on track to retain the AFF-Suzuki Cup later this year – that was the message spelt out during a press conference in Shah Alam, Thursday (22/03/12)

National team manager, Dato’ Sri Subahan Kamal said that the national team are on track to achieve their objectives – to retain the AFF-Suzuki Cup and also to qualify for the 2015 Asian Cup in Australia.

Terengganu, juara Piala FA musim lalu, mengharapkan kelebihan bermain di tempat sendiri untuk mengutip mata tetapi juara Hong Kong itu ternyata lebih handal sehingga berjaya menjaringkan gol pertama seminit sebelum masa rehat.

SINGAPORE (18 March 2012) – A hard fought 2-0 win at home over Woodlands Wellington has given Balesier Khalsa FC the lead in the S-League – one point over second-placed DPMM FC and Albirex Niigata on third.

The game was close to say the least with both teams battling to a scoreless draw at the break. But the last ten minutes of the match would turn out to be pivotal when Kim Minho finally opened up the cagey Woodlands’ defence for the first goal at the Toa Payoh Stadium.

LionsXII continued theier impressive run in the Super League by defeating Felda United 3-1 at the Jalan Besar Stadium in Singapore, Tuesday (6/3/12).

Midfielder Hariss Harun latched onto a superb pass from Baihakki Khaizan to score LionsXII's opening goal in sixth minute.

But Felda drew level through Raimi Nor's strike in the 20th minute.
