The 2012 M-League season began in style when with Malaysia Cup champions Negeri Sembilan winning the opening Charity Shield when they beat Kelantan 2-1 in the match that was played at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil, Saturday (7/01/12).
With the win, Negeri Sembilan gave an early warning to the other teams in the Super League which kicks-off on Tuesday (9/11/12) that they will also be a team to watch.
