For sources who need to contact Integrity Department in a discrete fashion, please use the following steps:

1. Go to a non-work location. Internet cafe, friend’s house, etc
2. Create a new e-mail address.
3. Send a brief e-mail from your new e-mail.
4. The Integrity Officer will respond with a PGP key to protect your identity and encrypt any subsequent messages.
