Asean Football Federation (AFF) President, HRH Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, was awarded the ASEAN Goodwill Award at the inaugural AFF Awards 2013 ceremony in Kuantan, last night (Wednesday, 3 April 2013).
Sultan Haji Ahmad, who is also the President of the FA of Malaysia, received the award for his outstanding acts and gestures of goodwill and fairplay through football.
The awards also saw former AFF President, His Excellency Tengku Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Ahmad Rithaudeen receiving the AFF Life Service Award. Tengku Ahmad Rithaudeen received the award from Sultan Haji Ahmad.
