Things are improving

State and club teams in the M-League owe the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) RM1 million and this amount could not be settled because the case was still in the courts.

Previously the teams owed up to RM7 million, but have settled RM6 million, said Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) Vice President, Dato’ Hamidin Mohd Amin.

"Things are improving. The state and club teams have taken the initiative to settle their outstanding dues with EPF," he told reporters at a Media Conference in Wisma FAM, Wednesday.
