Malaysia has been drawn into a relatively tough Group F with defending champions, DPR Korea in the AFC U-19 qualifying Championship.
The other teams in Group F are Vietnam, Myanmar and Laos.
Meanwhile Japan’s quest for their maiden AFC U-19 Championship crown will see them cross swords against fellow East Asian giants and 11-time winners Korea Republic in the qualifiers.
