Kelantan, Navibank draw

Malaysian Super League champions Kelantan and Vietnam National Cup holders Navibank Saigon played to a goalless draw in their opening Group H match at the Bukit Jalil Stadium on Wednesday (7/3/12).

Both teams struggled to create opportunities in a disappointing match played in heavy rain in tKuala Lumpur. As a result, all four teams in the group now have a point each after the earlier encounter between Yangon United of Myanmar and Chonburi of Thailand ended in a 1-1 draw.

Kelantan, who have started their season well and currently lead the way once again in the Malaysian Super League, were expected to be too strong for their visitors, who are struggling near the foot of the Vietnamese Super League.
